Avcılar D-100 Highway Witnesses Two Accidents with One Vehicle Overturned and the Other Lying on its Side

Two accidents occurred on the D-100 highway in Avcılar, with one vehicle overturning and the other lying on its side. 4 people were injured in the accidents and taken to the hospital.

The accident took place around 4:00 PM at the Gümüşpala location on the D-100 highway. The driver of the car with license plate number 34 DZV 378, traveling towards Küçükçekmece, became indecisive when trying to enter the side road, causing the vehicle to hit the median and overturn. The driver and the passenger next to them were injured. Upon notification of the accident, fire brigade, health, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured were taken to the hospital by ambulance after the initial intervention by the health teams, while the police launched an investigation into the accident.

SECOND ACCIDENT IN THE SAME AREA

Driver Abdullah Koç lost control of the light commercial vehicle, hitting the barriers and lying on its side. In a second accident in the same direction near Avcılar Metrobus stop, driver Koç and passenger Yakup Daldal were injured and taken to the hospital.
